Aid for Afghan Children is dedicated to empowering Afghan children facing economic hardships and limited educational opportunities. Our mission is to create a brighter future for the most vulnerable members of Afghan society through education, nutrition, and economic assistance.
Aid for Afghan Children was formed in response to the catastrophic earthquakes in Herat, which devastated communities and left thousands homeless. Initially, we launched a social media campaign, raising £912 to provide immediate aid to affected families. Building on this success, we received a generous donation of £1650 to supply essential food to the most vulnerable families in Kabul during the winter of 2024.
• Education Initiatives: Sponsoring preschool education, providing school supplies, and supporting children's educational needs. • Food and Nutritional Support: Distributing food packages and combating malnutrition through special programs. • Economic Assistance: Offering financial support and vocational training to families.
Our efforts have supported widows without income, displaced families, and individuals facing severe economic challenges. Notably, we established the Khadijah Nursery in Kabul, providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.
Your support can make a difference. Donate to sustain families, sponsor educational initiatives, or contribute to our general fund to help us respond to urgent needs.
